When you sign up to F1T Food with Kate you will begin a 6 week personalised one to one online nutrition coaching. All meal plans are tailored specifically to each individual goals! You will have weekly check-ins to help monitor your progress and your plans of course will be altered when needed. Your plan will be easy to follow and structured to suit your goals and lifestyle. Clients will receive constant support and guidance throughout their package.
