Jelly and ice cream for under 100 cals??

After last week of eating bad and not being healthy, my sugar cravings are real.  😂

So after doing a conditioning circuit for half hour, I decided to treat myself with a healthy treat.

Now I’m not on strict prep it’s nice to remember that healthy eating doesn’t have to be so boring. 👏🏽🍓🍓🍓

•100g Liberte Yoghurt.
•100g Chopped Strawberries
•Few drops of MyProtein strawberry flavour drops (bought in Barry’s Daybreak Inniscara if you’re looking)
•Chivers 5cal no added sugar jelly pot.


And and and it won’t even hinder my progress or results. Keeps my head satisfied and ready to smash some goals!
