It’s hard to find the motivation to go training on your own .
The best tip I can give is to find someone with similar goals and train with them.
Someone who motivates you and who wants you to succeed as much as they want to succeed themselves 👭and who sends you motivational WhatsApps when you’ve eaten 3/5 meals before 11am
