How much training are you doing?
Some people think because they’re a beginner they shouldn’t be training that often. Once or twice a week. There are still 70 odd hours left. So…. what should you do?
STAY ACTIVE! EVERY DAY!
If you don’t know what you should do just ask one of us what extra you can do.
We have something on every day:
Personal training Monday to Sunday.
Classes every day too.
F1TFAST Monday to Thursday
You may want to split your days into upper/Lower/ cardio/mobility etc.
For some people we may recommend membership, others may be advised to go for a 30-60 min walk the days they aren’t in the gym. Others will do home workouts (ideal for anyone with young children who can’t get out every day).
Remember, every day you don’t do something productive, is a day wasted.
