Another healthy alternative to the real thing. Protein pancakes.
I used;
1 egg white
35g oats
20g protein powder
150ml almond milk
50g Greek yoghurt
25g blueberries, and chocolate PB2 (brown stuff all over the pancakes) to top with sugar free caramel syrup!! Banana can also be added to the batter but I had none at home! All this for 320 cals !!
