Another healthy alternative to the real thing. Protein pancakes. 🙀

I used;

1 egg white

35g oats

20g protein powder

150ml almond milk

50g Greek yoghurt 👍🏼😊

25g blueberries, and chocolate PB2 (brown stuff all over the pancakes) to top with sugar free caramel syrup!! Banana can also be added to the batter but I had none at home! All this for 320 cals !!
