”Hey this is my 6 week testimonial ! So I trained with Emma K – PT for the last 6 weeks and it’s literally been the best 6 weeks i’ve had for months! I had lost all motivation for the gym and my eating habits had got so bad and I probably got the heaviest I’ve ever been.
I went to Emma, and she was just so nice (and so fierce!!) like she pushed me SO hard which I needed and she was always emailing me back and forth, answering all of the questions i had. My meal plan had so much variety so I never got bored! I worked out at least 4 to 5 times a week and ate really strictly, but honestly, I enjoyed it so much I just feel so much more healthy now and I literally don’t want to stop!
