Our very own Mr. Leon Lynch has been working with the Christian Brothers over the last few months, delivering them with a ‘Health and Exercise’ Module. Read a few words from the man himself below;
”It’s been a great few months working with the transition year students in Christians Brothers Cork.
The 4th year Module was “Health and Exercise” and I worked with the lads once a week for an hour teaching them the fundamentals! Not everyone is active or involved in sports growing up so this is a great way to get everyone involved and exercising at an equal level.
The future is youth, the future is F1T.”
